Lernen durch Gaming bedeutet ganz einfach, dass man ein komplexes technisches Thema lernt und vertieft indem man es spielt.

Da die Nutzung von Computer Games, sei es per Tablet, Computer oder Telefon, so weit verbreitet ist, liegt es auf der Hand, dass Unternehmen und Bildungseinrichtungen die Vorteile der Technologie nutzen, um das Lernen interaktiver und vor allem nachhaltiger zu gestalten – streng nach dem Motto “Verstehen ist gut für heute – Begreifen ist gut für immer”

Es hat nicht erst mit unserer aktuellen und modernen Technologie begonnen; spielbasiertes Lernen ist eigentlich eine jahrhundertealte Praxis.

Sie wurden schon vor Hunderten von Jahren als Lernmittel eingesetzt. Denkt man einfach mal an Schach und wie geistig anregend es sein kann – Es regt Sie zu strategischem und kritischem Denken an.

Aber kann man auch Technologie lernen indem man spielt?

Anhand dieses Beispieles nehmen wir euch auf eine spannende Reise mit - es geht um die stockende Wollproduktion, es geht um Wolle färben vs. Schafe färben, es geht um gesunde uns kranke Schafe. Was das alles mit Azure Dev ops zu tun hat? Lasst euch überraschen und seid ihr bereit für eine neuartige Lernreise. Here I was able to successfully carry out my first IT projects at national and international level. Since 2020, I have been focusing on Microsoft 365 projects. Privately, I also deal with the topic of Metaverse and Microsoft Mesh.

Sandra Kiel

Sandra Kiel describes herself as an innovation nerd, disruptive implementer or atmospheric scientist, depending on what’s on her mind. As a self-confessed multi-talent, she usually has a lot and a variety on her plate.

Her motto: “I’m impatient - please accept that” sums it up all the more.

She is a project and event manager with heart and soul and has been designing in various (IT) projects for over 15 years - across all sectors and almost always with a strong impact on the organisations. Her focus is not so much on the technical excellence of implementing a new solution. Rather, she is dedicated to the processes and the people behind the processes. She develops and empowers communities and thinks of digitisation from the perspective of people, and likes to discuss this question intensively: How do we want to live and work in the future and what significance does work have for us, so that we can give digitisation its meaning and its true effectiveness.

Today, she also likes to found a start-up and works as a coach, mentor and consultant to pass on her experience and knowledge. But also to show that a certain attitude and a good dose of courage are necessary to break out of the classic working models and ways of thinking.
